Entrance & Private Room
This is the entrance of the restaurant. You take the elevator at the back to go up to the dining floor.
This time, I was invited by the restaurant, and they prepared a wonderful private tatami room with teppanyaki for me.
It’s perfect for families with small children or for special celebrations.
Salad & Appetizer
We started with a fresh salad topped with Serika’s special dressing.
Even the way they cut the cucumber shows attention to detail.
The Main Dish: Chateaubriand Steak
This time, the highlight was the Chateaubriand steak.
The chef grills it right in front of you, exactly how you like it.
Seared on the outside, juicy on the inside—absolutely perfect.
The flavor, the fat, the tenderness… simply amazing!
Premium Vegetables
What really surprised me was the quality of the vegetables.
They carefully select them from the best farms, and you can really taste the difference.
Lobster Flambé
Next came the lobster, flambéed right before my eyes.
The aroma of the lemon juice was irresistible.
Dipping the meat in the rich lobster miso took it to the next level!
Garlic Fried Rice
Finally, the chef prepared garlic fried rice right in front of me.
Each grain of rice was filled with flavor—so delicious.
Dessert & Closing
The course finished with a delightful dessert.
It’s not the kind of place you would eat at every day,
but for special occasions, anniversaries, or an important date,
Serika is truly recommended.

お店の外観はこんな感じ
この奥にあるエレベーターからお店に入ります。
今回は、お店からのご招待なのですが、
こんな個室を取っておいてくれました。
個室で座敷で鉄板焼き。最高ですね。
小さいお子さんがいてもOKだし、お祝い事によさそう。
まずは特製ドレッシングのかかったサラダ。
きゅうりのカットも、細やかさを感じますよね。
さあ、今回のお肉はシャトーブリアン。
目の前で好みの焼き方に焼いてくれる。
美味しそうでしょ～。
表面を焼き固めてくれて、
もう、最高。
お肉の旨み。脂。肉感。
あ～～～～！！！ほんと美味い！
驚くべきは、野菜も美味い
きちんと、産地にこだわって仕入れていて、
野菜も上級な野菜ってあるんだなあって、
その美味しさで実感しました。
そしてロブスター。
フランベして、さらにレモン汁ですごくいい香り。
海老味噌をつけて食べると最高！
そして最後は目の前で調理してくれるガーリックライス。
お米一粒に香りが宿って、ほんと美味い。
そしてデザートで終了。
いや～ほんと美味かった。
そんなに毎日食べれるお値段では無いけれど、
ここぞっていう時のお祝い事や、決めるデートには、
お勧めですよ。
